Job Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Organize and assign suitable manpower for each production shift.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Take full responsibility for the performance and productivity<\/strong> of the production team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage and control material losses<\/strong>, including recoverable and non-recoverable materials within the team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Propose and implement improvements to reduce production waste<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Inspect machinery and coordinate with the Maintenance Department to handle any machine issues during production.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Discuss improvement ideas with supervisors to enhance efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Take over production machinery, check and record all machine parameters at the beginning of the shift.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assign personnel according to the production plan and schedule.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify and improve bottleneck processes<\/strong>, discussing with supervisors for better workflow solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Inspect cutting molds and blades<\/strong> to eliminate potential production risks before operation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Report daily production output<\/strong> and analyze causes affecting results.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor equipment conditions and coordinate maintenance when necessary to prevent downtime.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure all machines operate at optimal productivity and efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Work closely with the QC Department<\/strong> to maintain product quality consistency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • \n
