Job Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Plan and allocate manpower appropriately according to the production schedule.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Take full responsibility for production performance and efficiency<\/strong> during shifts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage and control material losses<\/strong>, including recoverable and non-recoverable materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Propose and implement improvements to reduce material waste<\/strong> in plastic film extrusion and thermoforming processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Inspect machines and coordinate with the maintenance team to handle mechanical issues arising during production.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Discuss with supervisors to develop improvement measures that enhance efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Take over production machinery, review and record machine parameters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assign and adjust manpower according to daily and weekly production plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify and resolve bottlenecks or wasteful steps<\/strong> through discussions with supervisors to optimize processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Report daily production output and analyze causes affecting performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Check for machine risks and coordinate with the Maintenance Department for timely shutdown and repairs when needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure machine performance and productivity meet set targets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Work closely with the QC Department to maintain consistent product quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Proactive, diligent, and able to collaborate effectively across departments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Logical thinking and data analysis ability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Minimum 10 years of management experience<\/strong> in production.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Candidates with experience in the plastics manufacturing industry<\/strong> are preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
