Job Description

Position: CNC Milling Machine Programmer

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate cutting tools and inserts according to machining programs and operate CNC milling machines.

• Coordinate with CNC machine operators to complete mold manufacturing from start to finish.

• Receive 3D design files, perform mold separation, mold design, and machining programming using NX software.

• Other specific tasks will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

• Good health, diligence, and willingness to learn.

• Experience in plastic mold manufacturing is an advantage.

• Skilled in using a variety of jigs and work-holding fixtures.

• Quick thinking, responsible, creative, and able to work effectively in a team.

• Experience machining different materials such as aluminum, steel, and plastic.

• Graduated from vocational/technical school or higher.

• Proficient in NX programming software (specialized in milling).

• Knowledge of Fanuc operating system.

• Completed or exempted from military service.

• Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.
