M17

The M17 meat tray is designed as a low, elegant display tray for premium cuts. Made from rigid black PET, it gives steaks, sliced pork or beef, shabu sets and ready-to-grill marinated products a strong visual contrast that highlights colour and marbling. The shallow rectangular profile with a large flat centre lets staff arrange portions neatly, almost like plating the product before it goes into the chiller. Around the base, shaped cavities act as channels to collect drips and keep the main display area dry and glossy. A strong rolled rim prevents warping and provides an excellent sealing surface for stretch wrap or MAP lidding films. The flat outer rim also leaves plenty of room for branding, barcode and nutritional labels without covering the meat. M17 stacks securely in cold cabinets and delivery crates, making it a practical, good-looking choice for supermarkets, butcher shops and gourmet meat brands.
