PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

HƯNG DỤ PLASTICS CORPORATION is hiring a Production Team Leader

Job Description

• Organize and assign suitable manpower for each production shift.

• Take full responsibility for the performance and productivity of the production team.

• Manage and control material losses, including recoverable and non-recoverable materials within the team.

• Propose and implement improvements to reduce production waste.

• Inspect machinery and coordinate with the Maintenance Department to handle any machine issues during production.

• Discuss improvement ideas with supervisors to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Take over production machinery, check and record all machine parameters at the beginning of the shift.

• Assign personnel according to the production plan and schedule.

• Identify and improve bottleneck processes, discussing with supervisors for better workflow solutions.

• Inspect cutting molds and blades to eliminate potential production risks before operation.

• Report daily production output and analyze causes affecting results.

• Monitor equipment conditions and coordinate maintenance when necessary to prevent downtime.

• Ensure all machines operate at optimal productivity and efficiency.

• Work closely with the QC Department to maintain product quality consistency.

Job Requirements

• College degree or higher, with at least 5 years of management experience.

• Proactive, diligent, and able to coordinate effectively with other departments.

• Logical thinking and ability to analyze production data.

• Candidates with experience in the plastics manufacturing industry are preferred.
