PRODUCTION MANAGER

HƯNG DỤ PLASTICS CORPORATION is seeking a Production Manager

Job Description

• Plan and allocate manpower appropriately according to the production schedule.

• Take full responsibility for production performance and efficiency during shifts.

• Manage and control material losses, including recoverable and non-recoverable materials.

• Propose and implement improvements to reduce material waste in plastic film extrusion and thermoforming processes.

• Inspect machines and coordinate with the maintenance team to handle mechanical issues arising during production.

• Discuss with supervisors to develop improvement measures that enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Take over production machinery, review and record machine parameters.

• Assign and adjust manpower according to daily and weekly production plans.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or wasteful steps through discussions with supervisors to optimize processes.

• Report daily production output and analyze causes affecting performance.

• Check for machine risks and coordinate with the Maintenance Department for timely shutdown and repairs when needed.

• Ensure machine performance and productivity meet set targets.

• Work closely with the QC Department to maintain consistent product quality.

Job Requirements

• College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Proactive, diligent, and able to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Logical thinking and data analysis ability.

• Minimum 10 years of management experience in production.

• Candidates with experience in the plastics manufacturing industry are preferred.
